Who we are

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, business name (if given), email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. We don't collect anything else — no tracking scripts, no analytics, no cookies.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to get back to you about a mockup, a quote, or a question about a project. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

How it's stored

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processor, which forwards them to us by email and are only viewed by us. Formspree acts as a data processor — it handles the submission on our behalf but doesn't use it for its own purposes. Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with any third party, other than Netlify's role in storing the form submission as described above.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it's useful — typically for the length of any conversation or project, then deleted. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first and you'll be asked for consent before anything non-essential loads.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email charlie.bowkett@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
