Is the £100 deposit really refundable?

Yes, no small print. If you change your mind within 72 hours of starting, you get it back in full.

I already have a domain, or an existing site — can you use that?

Yes — I can point your existing domain at the new site, or register a new one for you at cost. Either way it's registered in your name, not mine.

Do I need to provide the photos and text myself?

Ideally yes — your own photos and words make a much stronger site than stock filler. If you're short on either, I'll help you put something together.

What happens if I want to cancel the £15/mo later?

No contract, cancel whenever. The site and domain are yours either way — you'd just need to arrange your own hosting going forward.
